Biden lands in Madrid for NATO summit

President Joe Biden landed Tuesday in Madrid to attend the NATO summit focused on responding to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and also growing tensions with China.

Air Force One touched down at 1304 GMT and was greeted by Spanish King Felipe VI on the tarmac.
