President Joe Biden is not a “lame duck” despite his decision to drop out of the White House race and serve only one term, his spokeswoman said Wednesday.
“He wants to build on what we’ve been able to do… We don’t see ourselves as a lame duck president at all. At all,” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters, touting Biden’s record.
