President Joe Biden will address Americans on Wednesday about US support for Ukraine, the White House announced, amid expectations that the United States will announce future delivery of Abrams tanks.
The White House gave no details of the remarks scheduled for 12:00 pm (1700 GMT), other than saying Biden “will deliver remarks on continued support for Ukraine.”
