The iPhone 11 Pro Max is a beautifully designed smartphone. It has a stainless steel frame, a triple camera setup on the back, and a matte glass rear panel. On the front, it has a notch to accommodate the selfie camera and the Face ID sensors. The Apple flagship measures 158 x 77.8 x 8.1mm and sports a 6.5-inch OLED Super Retina XDR display with 2,688×1,242 pixels resolution and 458ppi pixel density.

South American tech blogger Karlos Peru has shared an AT&T marketing video revealing the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra design. Samsung’s ultra-large phone would sport a 6.9-inch Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display. It would have a 3200 x 1440 resolution and a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

The Note 20 Ultra will be available in Mystic Black, Mystic White, and Mystic Bronze colors. Accompanying the flagship will be Samsung’s S Pen stylus. The new S Pen would get a smoother 9ms response time and tight integration with Microsoft’s Office suite.

Internal specs

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will reportedly be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 chipset. The international variant will run Samsung’s in-house Exynos 990 processor. The phone recently appeared on Geekbench with 8GB RAM, though there will also be a 12GB RAM variant. What’s more, the phone is expected to feature a giant 4,500mAh battery with fast charging and wireless charging support.

In contrast, the iPhone 11 Pro Max runs Apple’s custom A13 Bionic chipset with 4GB RAM. It comes with 64GB, 256GB, and 512GB of internal storage. Apple sells only the 4G variant of iPhone 11 series, but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will be available in both 4G and 5G options.

The iPhone 11 Pro Max is among the world’s best smartphone cameras. It features a triple camera setup on the back. It consists of a 12MP wide-angle lens, 12MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens. For selfies, it gets a 12MP front-facing camera.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will have a high resolution 108MP main camera, a 13MP telephoto lens with 50x hybrid zoom, a 12MP ultra-wide angle sensor, and a dedicated laser focus sensor.

Pricing

According to the rumor mill, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra would have a starting price of EUR 1,299 for the 4G model and EUR 1,349 for the 5G variant. By comparison, the iPhone 11 Pro Max costs $1,099 for 64GB, $1,249 for 256GB, and $1,449 for 512GB model.
