A second body has been recovered from the Grand Canyon following flash floods that swept through the iconic US park over the weekend, the National Park Service (NPS) said Monday.
With more than a dozen people still missing or unaccounted for, “search and recovery efforts continue,” the NPS said on X, warning that renewed rains in the forecast “may affect the timing and pace of operations.”
