According to multiple reports, it seems that the ‘Scheduling option’ on Instagram has suddenly disappeared or glitched for some users.

Reports of the Instagram scheduling option disappeared for many people

Instagram added a new feature for Professional accounts that lets users schedule their posts in advance without using third-party apps.
This feature allows users to schedule posts and reels up to 75 days in advance, which helps them save time and stay organized.

Some users have reported issues with the feature, even after switching to business accounts or updating the app. Others have also reported that scheduled content has mysteriously disappeared or cannot be changed.

For some users, the scheduling option has disappeared from the Advanced settings completely, as shown in a screenshot shared by an affected user.

“Sooo, I’m probably just blind but my scheduling option is gone from post and reels. I’ve updated the app, and tried switching from creator to business but it won’t show up again. Any suggestions?” a Redditor posted.

“Same issue. The last update removed it and the option to view what I had already scheduled had vanished, but one item i did have scheduled posted at the right time anyway,” another person added to the thread.

Furthermore, individuals are encountering additional problems due to the Scheduled posts feature. For example, some users are experiencing shadow bans, while others claim that scheduling posts have a negative impact on their reach.

No official acknowledgment by Instagram

Unfortunately, Instagram has not provided any official statement regarding the disappearance of the scheduling option for some of its users. Currently, there are no known solutions to help these affected users regain the missing option.

However, it is expected that the developers will bring back this feature as soon as possible if it has been removed. We hope a fix is available as soon as possible.
