How to post Instagram Story from your PC or Computer

Posting an Instagram Story without your phone sounds simple. Still, Instagram makes it oddly hard. Maybe you work on a laptop all day. Maybe your photos live on your PC. Maybe you deleted the app to cut screen time. Whatever the reason, the website does not make this easy.
