According to Statista, Minecraft has over 141 million active players across the world. This video game is popular because of a couple of factors. One of them is that it provides its players with the ability to express themselves freely and creatively. It’s pretty simple; Minecraft has several materials and resources that you can take advantage of, to build your building. Besides, many people also love the game because its developers often roll out regular software updates. Recently, Minecraft received a new patch update that includes bug fixes and new features. Unfortunately, this update also comes with a couple of bugs. We’re saying this because multiple reports reveal that many Minecraft players are now experiencing a situation, in which the game is freezing or becoming stuck after receiving the new patch 1.18.30 stable update.

As earlier mentioned, Minecraft developers recently released a new patch update for the video game. The update includes tons of changes & improvements, bug fixes, and a couple of “The Wild Update” experimental features. Sadly, the software update also introduces an annoying issue. According to affected players, Minecraft is freezing and becoming stuck for them after receiving the 1.18.30 stable update.

Explaining the issue, several affected users mentioned that the freezing problem mostly affects Nintendo Switch devices. While this issue mostly affects Nintendo Switch, you need to know that some Xbox and PC users are also experiencing it.
