Chinese smartphone giant OnePlus has been actively testing the beta version of OxygenOS 11 software, which is based on Google’s latest Android 11. The software update will be available on OnePlus 8 series, OnePlus 7 series, OnePlus 7T series, OnePlus 6 series, OnePlus 6T series, and the affordable OnePlus Nord. Many users have reported that they are unable to install or update the Gallery app. The OxygenOS 11 update has added the Always on Display with an Insight option. It aims to promote digital wellbeing by allowing users to monitor their smartphone usage.

OnePlus rolled out the HydrogenOS 11 Public Beta 3 to OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro users in China. It should soon arrive in other parts of the world. It’s unclear when Google will release the stable version of OxygenOS 11 to customers. The Android 11 has been around for several weeks. We expect the OxygenOS to roll out soon.
