Top Six Best Mobile Games of 2020

If you head over to the Google Play Store, you’ll soon discover that there’s no shortage of top-quality games for Android on offer. Despite this, it can be challenging to work out which game is the best.

With this in mind, we have looked at the range of best games on there. By using our careful selection process, we have chosen five of the very best mobile games. While most are 100% free, others can be downloaded for a small charge.

So, if you’re looking to keep entertained when you’re out and about, you should take a look at the games we have chosen, as they’re guaranteed to keep you entertained for hours.

Our Six Top Mobile Games of 2020

  1. Online poker. Our number one recommendation would be the 888poker mobile app. It allows users to enjoy all their favourite cash games and tournaments on the go. Despite being mobile, things like ad bonuses and tournament tickets are still available. As is the cashier, who will help you withdraw and deposit using your chosen payment method.

Many different games are available through the app, which is free to download and quick to get started with. Players can choose from cash games from just $0.01, as well as Texas Holdem cash games, ‘sit and go’ and scheduled tournaments. All the usual casino games are on offer, like roulette, blackjack and slots. Plus, ‘snap’ allows players to quickly play poker, where hands are folded immediately, and new ones dealt straight away.

Aside from mobile poker, here are some other mobile gaming apps we would recommend.

  1. Marvel Contest of Champions. If you have any experience in Marvel vs Capcom, you’ll know what to expect with this game. When taking out the Capcom, it’s the closest thing you’ll get to this experience which features all your favorite Marvel characters. In our opinion, this game is almost something you could play on a console. If you’re really into comic books or are simply looking for an entertaining way to pass the time, this could be a great way to do that. We really do hope that one day, we will see a Marvel vs Capcom Contest of Champions game.
  2. Dragon Ball Legends. Thanks to the release of Dragon Ball Super, and other similar movies, Dragon Ball is now experiencing something of a comeback. If you want to familiarise yourself once more with the adventures of Goku and friends, this game could definitely be one of the best ways to do that. You can choose from one of many different Dragon Ball characters, making your way through various different levels against your opponents. To make, dodge or attack against them, you’ll need to swipe on the screen. Or, tap on the on-screen cards to unlock other abilities and special attacks. Overall, the game is immense fun, and unlike other games, doesn’t require you to pay anything to progress to different levels.
  3. Snapchat Games. Recently, Snapchat released some new games that could be played directly in group chats. If you’re familiar with the GamePigeon extension, this is basically similar to what it’s like in the Snapchat app. After playing the games ourselves, we can confirm they’re actually really fun to play. With options such as tennis, battle royale and even a Mario Party type title! While the games are somewhat basic, they do encapsulate all the fun of Snapchat, like bitmojis. It’s also a great way to get friends together to play multiplayer games without each person having to own a console.
  4. Mini Motorways & Mini Metro. These games, both from Dinosaur Polo Club, are addicting and are an excellent way to pass some time. They basically put the player into the role of road or metro manager, where they then have to get all the traffic from one destination to another successfully. Visually, the game looks perfect, and because the gameplay is relatively short, it’s an ideal way to pass some time during a commute. The game doesn’t use microtransactions. This means the player is left to play for as long as they want, as much as they want.
  5. Tiny Room Stories: Town Mystery. This is somewhat different from the other games we’ve looked at, but we think this is a good thing. This exciting game is based on mystery and will really get you hooked as you focus all your attention on the task in hand. It’s a mystery and detective game. You return to a town, to find it totally deserted, and your job is to uncover why. There are lots of 3D interactive levels to explore, as well as fun puzzles and clues. Think along the lines of escape rooms combined with quests, and you won’t be far off what this game is like.
